3 Fates Studio is dedicated to all aspects of craft, including item quality. If an item you received is not as expected, please reach out via the contact page. The nature of handwoven items is such that colors on the screen sometimes appear different in real life, depending on lighting and yarn dye lot. I do my best to accurately represent everything made at the studio, but cannot guarantee that things will be exactly as they appeared on the screen,

If a handwoven item you purchase becomes dirty or damaged over the course of its life, please reach out about repairs and cleanings.
